I work all day in front of a computer and I constantly had pain between my shoulder blades. After two weeks of wearing it for an hour in the evening, I stand much straighter naturally, even without having it on. Really satisfied.

Effective for reminding me to sit up straight; you can feel right away when you start to slouch. The only downside is that at first it rubs a little under the arms, but adjusting the straps fixed that. Good product.
